RunNatural.org seeks to provide a more natural running experience for everyone—to give people the knowledge to allow them to run as nature intended. Through proper running technique and natural principles, we believe runners can reduce injury, run faster and more efficient, and enjoy their sport more. We hope to provide knowledge and information to better your training for whatever race of life you may be participating in. We are not barefoot zealots and shoe haters, but rather a passionate group of runners who seeks to invoke change within the running industry to make running better for all runners.
